Dark's Catacomb Settlement is basically dead , the only people that in there are from 1-2 once a 2 days , some guards and the people doing quests in lab. The place should be revived and add more Roleplay there:

Suggestions to revive the place:

- Add some NPC Trader or some kind of that (We could put there some Doctor as player or NPC , or second Trader/Junk Buyer)
- Get players to get residents in the Catacomb instead of sitting in UAF all days (ALL ARE FREE)
- Revive the Group itself (It's almost alive , we have some active guards and leader)
- Add some Radio tower at entrance of Catacombs to get Wastelanders there
- Add maybe some signs "DARK'S CATACOMB SETTLEMENT - SAFIER UNDERGROUND"
- Revive the Kitchen part.
- More lightning (it's dark asf in there at night and yes day/night cycle affects underground lighting apparently)

SOME RULES/IMPROVEMENT IN SETTLEMENT , I suggest (Up to Leader)


- Closing Laboratory (Need Leader agreement to enter) [WIDE OPEN IF NO GUARDS]
- No Guns allowed expect for [GUARDS / LEADER / ALLOWED PERSONALS]
- Adding more Security at Entrance [PROTECTION FROM WARHEADS / MUTANTS]
- Firing towards the Settlement will be taken as Hostile action
[Banned from entering Settlement / Can be Killed on Sight if done something really bad]
- No any sort of Cultism / Cannibalism allowed



NOTE: ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE UP TO LEADER , THESE RULES ARE NOT ACTUAL UNLESS LEADER AGREES SOME OF THEM

Hello LoLZ.

This is some good suggestions, i will add some NPC's into the settlement. I cant do a lot about the rules as i am not the leader but they sound pretty good to me.

I added a food NPC which sells Vodka and Beer cheaper than the other places. I'm going also to add the Scavanger trader NPC in dark's catacomb, which purchases scrap from Scavanger roles for higher prices.
You can add lights, but can't perm them to avoid lag issues. Don't exagerate them.
I'll add signs towards Dark's Catacomb since the UAF Outpost. Explorers should be paid to guide people there though. It might be good for the Darks Catacomb leaders to pay them for that service.
I'm going to re-do the entry of Dark's Catacomb.
We can't lock the labs since its a public scary place which takes part of the server's lore.
Cultists are meant to be in the darks catacomb. They worship dark one. Dark one shows up in the labs.
Make dark's catacomb guard the entry to warn people from entering there.
Dark's catacomb guards and leader might tell people about the place and make them settle there. They should make RP going around the settlement. You can profit the campfire to tell stories and such stuff.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll improve that settlement for sure. Its a cool place for Metro series fans.
