If you do play usually in the server, you'll notice that events happens sometimes. It is a good way to earn chips and rare weapons. The events are unique and they are story-related to the server. Maximize your RP experience in the server by participating on them.

Do hard quests.
Sell the rare weapons you get there, if you do earn one.
